When a covered customer is due for tires, just give us a call. We’ll provide a Claim Number and Claim Form. Fill it out, attach proof of required Rotations/Inspections, e-mail or fax it to us and, upon approval, we’ll pay you immediately, with a credit card, right over the phone.
